Their tech skills span: .NET and .NET Core, integration, cross-platform applications and bespoke app development; and as a certified Umbraco Gold Partner, their clients Umbraco site or migration is in experienced hands.
The Role:
Our client has an incredible opportunity for someone with an established background in Client Services to lead and grow their new client services function, with the goal of nurturing their client relationships driving revenue growth and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You will have experience initiating, sustaining, and developing long-term client relationships and you should be able to quickly understand our clients core offerings becoming their representative within the agency. Passionate about good design practises and modern web technologies, your enthusiasm, personality, and proactive nature will set you apart from the crowd. You should be confident to talk to client stakeholders at all levels seeking out opportunities for our team of design and technical experts to provide solutions to their problems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients, building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting relationship to help identify opportunities and win new projects
- Be the main point of contact within the agency for our clients and provide an exceptional level of transparency and servicing.
- Identify and cultivate talent to help grow the client services team within the agency
- Align with internal teams to regularly review process and status of activity across client accounts.
- Financial control through accurate forecasting against revenue and profitability targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in interrogating client briefs, using initiative and challenging clients where necessary.
- Writing proposals and attending pitches for current and prospective clients in collaboration with the Founders and Business Development team
- Managing the client on-boarding process for new clients
- Adapt and improve our clients Client Services process in collaboration with the Founders
- Selling skills to ensure organic growth and new business, in addition to negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult conversations and close deals successfully.
- Join weekly leadership team meetings to help build and grow a successful digital consultancy
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services with an outstanding track record of building exceptional client relationships and delivering value to both clients and the company.
- Proven understanding of the key disciplines required to deliver high-quality work in line with each client's core offerings.
- Experience working with project managers, production, technical and strategy teams.
- Experience in preparing and delivering excellent presentations, pitches and proposals.
- Someone who is not afraid to corridor-walk and build bridges to secure new opportunities. You willeffectively be representing the client within the agency.
- Empathetic leadership. You are a great communicator and understand how to influence and motivate colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve the best outcome in any situation.
- Proactive, adaptable and strategic thinking. You are the architect of effective and future-proof strategies which assist in the growth of your team and the client relationship.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution - you have the ability and confidence to handle challenging conversations. You know how to combine assertiveness whilst sustaining relationships for the best deals commercially and contractually.
- Commercial and business acumen. Experience with driving financial results and profitable growth within the company. You understand how to forward-plan in order to define a sustainable, profitable pipeline that is convenient for the client and for the company.
- Selling skills to ensure organic growth and new business, in addition to negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult conversations and close deals successfully.
- Proven time management skills
- Proven experience of client insight development, spotting industry trends and showcasing an entrepreneurial approach.
