CRM Data & Segmentation Specialist

Job Type: Permanent
Salary:DOE £50,000 - £60,000
Location:Reading – 4 WFH 1 day a week in the office.
Reports to: CRM Manager 
Team: Digital
Consultant:Mags Rendle.

Move your career forward by exploring this opportunity for a CRM specialist working within this high-profile brand. This highly successful business is expanding their Digital marketing team and you will have the opportunity to work in an inspiring and talented team in this brand-new role.  
 
 
The Role

Responsible for the overall operational management and maintenance of the company’s new CDP tool you will also be working closely with Customer Insights Manager and CRM Manager, to define the personas and audiences – and identify the data signals, both from CRM and paid media, to help to define audiences to build  their segmentation.
 
This role will be vital in delivering on the new Digital programme and you will work with relevant functional teams across the business as part of the CRM Team. You will be joining a fast paced, commercial environment, with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the business.
 
Your Responsibilities
  •  
  • A strategic marketer, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management for all
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to drive projects forward
  • Work to design and execute rapid testing and help others adopt an experimentation mindset within the CDP
  • Managing the reporting of the audiences and campaign analysis 
 
Qualities
  •  
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to deliver solutions in face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of a CDP or DMP and be comfortable with working with CRM technology.
  • Strong project manager with ability to communicate fluently with a variety of stakeholders in different areas and at varying levels of seniority across business.
 
Experience
  •  
  • 4+ years’ experience across a DMP/CDP or any audience management platform
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and across multiple stakeholders including media agency and Content
  • Deep understanding of audience use cases for paid media and CRM marketing, with a proven track record in how to measure success
  • Experience in creating bespoke audience reports
  • Experience in creating and maintaining platform governance, including process flows and naming conventions.
