Role:
You’ll be working with our Head of Digital Strategy and reporting to our Director of Paid Media, across Paid Search and Paid Social to develop market leading strategies for a number of our biggest clients, and prospective clients across new business pitches.
Implement best practice across the agency, ensuring biddable campaigns meet and exceed client objectives and deliver outcomes through finely tuned processes across Google, Bing, Yandex, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and more!
Lead the training and development for a team of Biddable Executives/ Managers/ Account Directors ensuring as an agency they stay ahead of the curve and are constantly aware of the latest industry developments and biddable technologies available, this should include adopting Biddable technology and scripts to automate and improve platform performance.
Nurture and develop the career growth and path of the Biddable team members by making the department an inclusive, inspiring, exciting and innovative environment where they can each individually thrive and grow.
Work closely with digital planners to align on best practice planning to strategically define the role of Biddable channels and platforms. Work even closer with the Analytics team to run incrementality studies to prove the value of Biddable platforms and generate valuable learnings to feed into planning and thought leadership, which can be shared internally within the agency, across the MSQ Group and externally.
Build close relationships with each of our Biddable platform partners ensuring we are on the roster for product betas, training sessions and other ‘first look’ opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience of managing biddable media campaigns within a busy agency environment is essential, with at least 7 years of experience in digital media or ad tech with subject matter expertise in Social and Search.
You will understand and be able to demonstrate how biddable channels connect with Programmatic Display and other digitised media channels (e.g. Digital Audio, DOOH, VOD), and how to plan alongside and together with these.
You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the team day to day, ensuring tight management of campaigns, reporting and optimisation clients - we have a culture where everyone gets involved, so you won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up when the team need help, to jump into set up some campaigns!
You will have extensive knowledge on how to navigate MediaOcean and its portfolio of systems in order to manage financial reporting and the end-to-end digital buying process.
As well as this, you'll identify opportunities and generate ideas for your clients, within and outside of briefs, and across the wider Group.
