The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist whose main responsibility will be to increase their brand awareness and promote their products and services through digital marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Tasks and responsibilities:- Creating a Digital Advertising Strategy
- Campaign budget planning and monitoring
- Implementing, optimization and maintenance of campaigns
- Creating a campaign performance report
- Coordinating with other relevant teams
- Proposing new solutions for more efficient digital problem solving
- Mentoring team members
- Executing different digital marketing programs including advertising activities, paid social media efforts, email campaigns, display advertising – media buy, etc.
- In charge of tracking, reporting, interpreting & analyzing data for the purpose of optimizing all of their digital marketing efforts
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Responsible for instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels
- Working on supporting demand generation & awareness campaigns through online channels
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for quick wins and long-term success
- Staying up to date in marketing trends and news e.g. Facebook, Google updates and changes in algorithms
- PR & Communication Manager to support their PR plan
- External digital marketing agency

More about you:- 4 + years experience in Digital Marketing space
- You are well acquainted with the IT/software industry
- Must be able to manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus
- Experience with SalesForce & QlikSense is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqa is a plus)
- Experience with social media advertising and Google Advertising experience
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creativity and good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Interest in digital communication, Software as a Service (SaaS), web services, technology, and industry trends.
