Digital Marketing Operations Executive

The Digital Recruitment Company are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Executive to join a successful Employee wellbeing organisation. They have been pioneering the field of employee wellbeing and organisational performance since 2004, working with the UK’s leading employers - from FTSE 100 companies to NHS Trusts.
They are currently growing their marketing team and are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Executive who will report into the Director of Marketing.
What will you be doing?
You will be a digital marketer who is hands-on with a wide range of digital platforms and works effectively with marketing agencies to deliver successful digital campaign results.
Revenue Growth
You will be enabling the company to ramp up campaign activity and expand digital channels to generate a higher volume of MQLs to feed the sales pipeline.
Client Success and Retention:
You will be expanding and improving the ways we engage with existing clients to improve client relations and support the CSM team.
Key responsibilities- Work closely with the ABM marketing agency, helping to optimise campaign delivery and performance
- Update website content (including managing configuration updates)
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards across campaigns, website, PR and social
- Support the upkeep of the sales and marketing Tech Stack, consulting with tech providers and agencies as appropriate
- Deliver client communications via email and other digital channels
- Work alongside the content marketers to deliver outstanding, value-add content to clients, prospects, and other stakeholders across all channels
- Create and post social media
- Support the sales team with social selling
Key Results:
• Increase in MQLs
• Higher client engagement
• Increase brand awareness across all digital channels
Skills and Experience:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing operations
- Experience as an admin-level user of HubSpot
- B2B sales cycle, marketing processes and the role marketing plays in opportunity creation
- Knowledge of email best practice and GDPR compliance
- Experience of working with lead/contact/activity scoring
- Knowledge of a wide range of sales and marketing technology – e.g. Cyance, Leadfeeder, Google Analytics, Google Console, SEMRush, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads (and other intelligence and social platforms).
