- Digital Marketing Manager - Performance
We are looking for a Performance Digital Marketing Manager to work with a marketing visual content company who are rapidly expanding. Working for estate agents to produce photos, videos, virtual tours etc of their properties. They are revolutionising property marketing, with guided virtual viewings, 360° tours with Matterport technology, game-changing photography and floorplans, photo enhancement and video trailers.
The Role:
This Performance Digital Marketing manager role sits within the Marketing Communications team and will help drive the transformation of our digital marketing programmes. You will work with the CMO to lead and manage our presence across key digital channels, with a particular focus on the website.
By nature, the role will require B2B experience, and an understanding of B2C.
While the role will bring pivots, agile-thinking and plenty of variation, it involves the following key result areas:

- Analytics:
What we’re looking for:- Minimum of five years' digital marketing experience
- Experience of working as part of a Team, and often with your own initiative as well
- Previous experience working in B2B required, and both B2C and B2B2C environments desired (but not essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of paid media management alongside email marketing, social media marketing and webinars
- Extensive experience working on website back-ends and Content Management Systems
- Experience of Google Analytics (or similar) is essential
- Demonstrable experience of improving website performance, and increasing the quality (and volume) of website sales leads
- Commercially-minded, with a strong focus on KPIs, performances analysis and delivery - this role is passionate about supporting the business to grow sales
- Skilled at aligning strategic thinking, innovation and creativity with tactical outputs and deliverables
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience of monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns
