Digital Recruitment Company are working with a global enterprise technology company who are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who is experienced in using Python and is able to deliver complex analytics to stakeholders in a simple way.
The role:
This role will have the opportunity to work with in-house tool and technologies to bring integration and efficiency for data analysis and for consolidated and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:- Deliver cutting-edge marketing analytics projects optimising across regions, channels and analytical functions.
- Report on key performance marketing metrics against targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Partner with other departments (i.e. Management, Finance, Product) and Analytics teams to drive step changes in growth.
- Share expertise and best practices within analytical functions to develop a shared centre of excellence.
- Proactively craft stories from data to clearly identify opportunities in the markets/channels (i.e. search auction insights analysis, quality score analysis, etc.)

- A critical thinker, with very strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter, able to identify variables influencing growth and define models to forecast their evolution (e.g. seasonality).
- Always curious and always willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable in working with tight deadlines, contributing to a fun, fast-paced, high impact and dynamic environment
You have:- An ability to communicate complex findings to key stakeholders in a clear, simple way.
- Good command of Excel, some experience with SQL and BI software (ideally Tableau, Looker or similar).
- 3+ years’ experience in any role with a grounding in data analysis.
- BSc degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or any other quantitative field.
- Expert understanding of predictive modelling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques
- Fluency in Python (NumPy, PyTorch, Tensorflow)
