Women In Digital – Sally Owen – Global Digital Director at IBM iX

We were lucky enough to have a quick chat with Sally J Owen, IBM iX’s Global Digital Director for Unilever. In this first part of the vlog series we have an insight into the tactics IBM iX have in place to encourage women into the digital industry. Sally also shares the highlight of her career and why the industry is such a great place to work in.

In our second part of our vlog series with Sally J Owen, Global Digital Director for Unilever within IBM Interactive Experience (iX), we take a look at options of how to boost the reputation of women in the industry as well as noting advice from Sally on how to climb the digital ladder.

Also discussed is inequality within a working environment as well as advice Sally would give her 22-year-old self.
