The Organisation:

Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a tech based company whose SaaS is used to help salespeople close deals who recently closed a £50million investment.

They are a sales management business which is designed to help small sales teams manage processes. They work with some of the most well-known brands globally and have over 300 employees in 4 countries.

The Role:

My client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager in charge of Customer Value Growth to join our forces and help us manage growing demand for our product. This role is part of the Customer Marketing team and is key to drive our business growth ambitions.

 

 

The responsibilities of the role:

  • Accountable for all P&L inputs critical to drive customer engagement and value growth including but not limited to: pro-active life-cycle campaigns, product levers, customer experience, pricing & packaging inputs, customer segmentation & KPI tracking;
  • Build customer segmented journeys and real-time campaigns using customer insights to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Own campaigns end to end and work with Campaign Managers, Data Analysts, Product Managers and other teams as relevant for implementation/delivery
  • Build and define in-life engagement and enrichment KPIs and reporting with support from Business Operations (Finance) and Insight teams
  • Identify key opportunities in-life using customer insights, propensity modelling
  • Manage Campaigns for customer engagement, plan upsell and any added value products in our portfolio to increase average revenue per account
  • Define upsell promotions, aligning with retention enrichment targets and align with sales and customer success teams on base enrichment target
  • Taking real time leanings and feed into real time improvement to campaigns
  • Balancing customer focus with commercial objectives
  • Implementing a continuous improvement approach
  • Ensuring all tools and systems are available to support driving in-life enrichment

 

Experience and skills:

  • Extensive customer marketing experience (7+ years) in fast-paced multi-channel technology or communications company, preferably B2C
  • Evidence of delivering commercial value growth
  • Marketing related degree or equivalent post graduate qualification; further business, financial or marketing accreditations are nice to have
  • Leadership (direct and virtual teams)
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in customer offer definition & delivery, product launches and refreshes
  • Entrepreneurial, eye for an opportunity
  • Commercial acumen
  • BTL, ATL and TTL comms experience / sign off
  • Financial evaluation/analytical skills
  • Good understanding of SaaS B2B technology or B2C service or subscription industries
