My client is looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands digital, loves the outdoors and is entrepreneurial by nature. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile development management preferably in leisure, travel or sport. She or he should have absolute attention to detail, be an incredibly good communicator, an absolute team player and be able to take ownership of their own decisions. This is not a role for someone who’s not keen on change as we are about to go through fantastic growth but it is for a self starter, hungry, energetic person with a passion to learn and grow.
The responsibilities of the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for everything on the company’s website and the significant development programme we are about to undertake. The website is trading with a number of stakeholders to manage, so absolute attention to detail and staying on top of the process is must.
The development team is outsourced, and this role will be the main point between the development team and employed staff (marketing and supplier) who will be looking to add additional features. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly or biweekly sprints, feature pipeline and ensuring a thorough QA process is being managed before releasing new features.
