My client is a multi-million-pound turnover over agency with over 500 staff globally setting up a brand-new office in London. They are a full 360 agency with a focus in retail and branding providing concept-to-consumer creative, strategy and print production solutions for iconic, global consumer brands.

The Day Job
The agency is going through an exciting period of growth and works with a high-profile range of clients. Your role will be to ensure the smooth-running of the office – organising people, information, technology and other resources effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include
- Office management
- PA support to the CEO including effective diary management and assisting with the administrative aspects of research and projects
- HR administrative support working alongside HR
- Assisting with events and marketing
- General team support
Experience and skills:
1year+ previous relevant office management or PA experience is essential together with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines. Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate a flexible, practical, curious approach.
