The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a global investment management organisation who have operations in 20 countries and manage £1Trillion worth of assets for clients. They have over 7,000 employees and are looking to grow the digital distribution which has brought CRM, marketing and tech together.
The Role:
Joining a newly created digital team consisting of 40 hand-picked individuals from Digital Marketing, Technology and the CRM function. Main responsibilities will be to; generate leads from existing or new clients, get people to invest into the clients funds digitally by using technologies such as web-chat and to use digital to give clients and visitors a better, faster and more accessible service. |
The responsibilities of the role:
· Help with project management and delivery of the Inbound Team’s initiatives · Help keep up consistency of delivery by helping with execution of campaigns. To do this you will need to work closely with the following: – Content curator – Email marketing specialists – Traffic generation specialists – Analytic specialist · Help develop and manage digital marketing campaigns which achieve our goals (traffic & leads) · Help upload content to the website, advertising platforms and any other online channels we use such as LinkedIn · Help execute email campaigns · With a little help, we will teach you how to edit videos and online content for distribution into our online channels · You will help the events team interface with inbound marketing to increase digital partnership with events · Build presentations to assist with the reporting of activities that the inbound team conduct · Help us log and fix bugs and test new website and campaign page developments · You will help us focus on our goals: – Generating leads from existing or new clients – Generating sales online – Doing things quickly · Promote our mindset: Speed-to-market, fostering positive change, being different from financial services and having an attitude of “I can do anything with digital”
Experience and skills: · Experience in b2b marketing (outside of financial services) · Experience delivering the following online campaigns – Executing email marketing campaigns (using marketing automation platforms a +) – Online traffic generation campaigns such as PPC, Banner and other core online channels – Web analytics (Google analytics) – Social media campaigns · Experience putting together campaign landing pages and websites using a CMS system (no coding will be required here just the use of a templated design · You will have experience putting together creative, clear and concise power-point presentations to update the business on progress · You will be hands-on and will have the ability to work across functions to collaborate as a team to help drive the goals
