The Organisation:

The Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with full service platform for customer innovation. Companies can quickly validate ideas, hypotheses, prototypes, products and services with their customers – at every stage of development. It connects you to your customers in any segment, in any language, generating useful insights in as little as 48 hours.

The team you would be working with on a day-to-day basis consists of entrepreneurs as well as profiles from McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and Kunde & Co, providing you with ample opportunity to learn from a diverse group of brilliant people.

The Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders at new and existing clients
  • Pitch and sell our winning product to top European companies, primarily within Telco and financial services (though we are open to other verticals, medtech)
  • Identify client needs and project pipeline, prepare proposals, convert into sales
  • Lead on project activities initial scoping and pricing
  • Be a major player in reaching business targets, always prioritizing precisely and effectively to manage business opportunities, leads and resources
  • Build and manage a team of driven sales consultants supporting delivery and sales activities

 

Experience and skills:

  • You can develop and manage strong client relationships and you are a great communicator
  • You know how to create commercial opportunities with clients and convert it into sales
  • You have a problem-solving mindset: you spot issues easily and create commercial value
  • You are smart, proactive, structured and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • You are passionate, you dare to test, fail and learn and are happy in a fast-changing set up
  • You have experience within consulting, sales or advertising with strong client focus
  • You are curious, interested in new technologies, and understand the power of involving customers as crucial for business growth
  • You take responsibility from day one, in close collaboration with your team and the DK office
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and appreciate the speed and dedication needed throughout the company to create successful results
  • You are fully fluent in English both written and spoken
