The Organisation:

The Role:

  • You will responsible for managing marketing communications for campaigns, brand communications and digital display
  • You will need to apply and manage the use of brand guidelines within the studio
  • To apply and uphold processes across all outputs and executions, working closely with the Traffic Manager and Account Manager
  • You will promote outside the box thinking, have meticulous attention to detail and possess problem solving skills
  • Key leader of brand guardianship and brand development
  • Pro-actively manage multiple projects and be able to prioritise based on client requirements
  • Excellent client engagement skills both written and verbal, with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective work relationships
  • Experience developing conceptual work across digital channels and liaising with stakeholders to deliver creative solutions
  • Work with the creative team to develop digital concepts for projects as part of campaigns or stand alone jobs
  • Experience working on dynamic campaigns and the mechanics to deliver a successful campaign
  • Work with the onsite team and client to ensure all processes are optimised to ensure efficient delivery of projects
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
  • To work with, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, so as to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output.
  • Mentor junior designers to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, so as to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale.
  • Proactively maintain communication with the creative team to ensure all creative is consistent across different channels
  • Experience of UX design and customer journeys across email and digital channels
  • Exceed the customer’s expectations by possessing a full and thorough understanding of usability issues, future trends and industry news across all necessary online facets, such as content management systems, web, email and social media.


Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years integrated creative production experience
  • 2/3 years production management experience
  • Extensive experience managing marketing comms, brand and campaign comms and digital display
  • Solutions oriented candidate with excellent trouble-shooting skills
  • Extensive experience in applying brand guidelines and process across all outputs and executions
  • Knowledge of Flash
  • To have a track record of managing multiple projects at once
  • Strong people management skills along with excellent communication skills. They will need to manage and bridge between creative, design and execution artworking production
  • Highly organised with a process orientated mindset
  • Strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively
  • Experience of an in-house or client facing design/creative environment
  • Relevant knowledge across production, print and digital media
  • Good knowledge of digital processes to deliver quality solutions
  • Awareness of emerging trends in design
  • Good time management skills
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Great team player with a client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Confident in your own abilities and be able to proactively influence clients and manage their expectations.
  • You will have gravitas and be able to work under your own initiative whilst effectively managing workloads and client timescales
  • Strong communication skills and ensure that internal processes are maintained and improved.
