As Client Director (CD) you are a key individual, responsible for driving a positive client service and to
develop fruitful client relationships.
You are a go-getter; confident with clients, with enough knowledge of the industry to provide strategic
support as well as identifying new agency opportunities. Whilst, as part of the agency culture, you are a team player, you are able to own, develop and execute plans that continue to drive the agency’s success.
You are highly organised, a great communicator and have an entrepreneurial spirit to help promote our services and attract new opportunities. You are focused on driving our continued success, working closely with the Client Partners based in London and New York.
From past experiences you can help support our delivery team through the creation of clear briefs
and programme status reports, to help our holistic success.
The responsibilities of the role:
Using your industry and digital solution experience, you will work closely with your assigned clients, as well as with Client Partners and Strategy team, to help define and propose suitable direction across account strategy and product solutions. You will also often be responsible for presenting this to the client, and use gathered and shared insights to help continual direction.
You will oversee key accounts across our global business, ensuring the projects are running smoothly and our delivery service is being well received by the client from beginning to end. As such you will be the key report to the client on status, managing expectation both internally and with clients. You will also be responsible for gathering briefs and producing project Scope of Work documents.
Client growth is key to our New Business strategy, therefore working closely with your clients you are expected to nurture positive relationships that will generate future opportunities.

- Run bi-weekly Client Service status meetings
