Client Services Executive

The Organisation:

The Digital Recruitment Company is working with a forward-thinking marketing agency who pride themselves on bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales departments, through aligning brand and communications to improve lead generation and help hit sales targets. They provide a tailored consultative approach to their huge-name clients including the likes of Sky and 3 Mobile.

The Role:

They are looking for a motivated and driven Client Services Manager who can work on one of the agencies biggest technology/PC clients who they have worked with for 6 years. You will have experience of Account handling and will be responsible for clients who are interested in all their services. You must have a passion for our their brands and want to join a fast-growing team who love what they do.


  • Work across a number of platforms including Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video to help to promote and engage client events
  • To uphold and develop existing Client and Channel Partner relationships and cement new relationships where possible
  • To be the first point of contact for client enquires
  • Advise clients of creative and technical processes and possibilities
  • Source quotes and samples from suppliers
  • Creating cost estimates and project timelines
  • Monthly invoicing and job bag management
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to budget, deadline and brief
  • Ability to confidently brief copywriters, digital programmers, designers, printers, journalists and other third party suppliers
  • To ensure that all own projects are counter proofed by another member of the team, prior to supply to client/printer
  • To ensure that the Client Service Manager is informed about all important project milestones
  • To work with other team members to ensure optimal distribution of workloads
  • To manage own projects with a high degree of professionalism, keeping accurate records, status sheets and report to the Client Service Manager regularly on status
  • To be meticulous with tracking, measuring, reporting for SPIF days and ensuring that the client is regularly kept informed of results and progress


  • Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Channel marketing, especially Business Partner engagement via event-based days
  • Social media creation and posting to drive awareness for days, pre, during and post
  • Degree level: 2:1+ ideally in business / marketing preffered
