In their continuous pursuit of excellence, they’re embarking on a journey to further amplify their presence and impact and looking to recruit a Demand Generation Manager.
The Role
You will be responsible for the creation and execution of the demand generation programme for the company and introducing the platforms and processes to turn our investment into results.
Responsibilities include
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive inbound leads
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn and other channels to find qualified prospects that fit our ICP, converting them, optimising for lead generation and conversion into qualified leads for our SDR team.
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the website, ensuring it is optimised for lead generation and conversion through technical SEO, CRO, and other relevant tactics.
- Manage leads, through ad retargeting and nurture programs to develop their interest and engagement with the company
- Source data for our prospect database using the most effective GDPR compliant datasources.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.
- Run all marketing systems and data including HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush & SurferSEO.
- Produce real time and periodic reporting of investment and all marketing KPIs from web traffic to leads to pipeline and revenue, having built the attribution model to understand these contributions.
Measuring success: The ultimate measurement of this role will be the value of the pipeline generated by the programs you create. Leading indicators of success include core demand generation KPIs including web traffic, website conversions, lead response rates, conversion and return on investment made.
To support these you will need to
- Develop an understanding of the market for location insights -
- Form a strategy to reach our buyers, understanding where they look and what they look for.
- Create the ideal prospect journey for buyers to find them and the learn and hear about their solutions, engage in their content, and come to them for answers.
- Be accountable for results
You will be part of our growing marketing team, collaborating closely with our product and content marketing managers working together on an integrated marketing plan. You will be able to invest a six-figure paid marketing budget and have access to all the latest digital marketing platforms.
Experience (About you)
- Our ideal candidate will have had enough experience (likely 4+ years) to be able confidently to identify, evaluate and communicate different approaches to capitalising on the DG opportunity. They will have real-world experience to draw upon that informs their chosen approach, the ability to communicate that clearly and the skills required to work collaboratively with others to achieve it.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Previous responsibility for B2B marketing investment of at least £100k p.a. with demonstrable return.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate campaign strategies and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (ideally Wordpress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush & SurferSEO).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
